Responsibilities:
- Support and enable the people we support to live their best life, delivering person‑centred care.
- Use knowledge, skills and adherence to legislation, best practices and our policies to deliver high‑quality care.
- Engage with individuals to develop their interests, maintain skills and foster personalised care.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships within their local community.
- Complete and maintain support plans and other necessary documentation.
- Notify team leader/senior support worker of any changes in needs, contributing to well‑being.
- Safeguard and promote the safety of those in our care.
