Join the Glassmoon Services team and help make a difference in the lives of people with autism and/or learning disabilities. We provide 24‑hour support, fostering independence and choice for those we support.
We offer a living wage of £13.45 to £13.81 per hour, pay for accrued annual leave on overtime, produce rotas 12 weeks in advance, and provide flexible pay through Stream. We also provide a range of benefits such as a blue light card, cycle‑to‑work scheme, employee assistance programme, pension scheme, and colleague referral scheme. We are certified as a Great Place to Work for the fifth year.
Responsibilities:- Support and enable people to live their best life by delivering person‑centred care.
- Use knowledge, skills and best practices to deliver high‑quality care.
- Engage with people to develop and maintain relationships within their local community.
- Maintain and update Support Plans and other documentation.
- Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in individuals’ needs.
- Safeguard the welfare and safety of the individuals in our care.
- Assist individuals in maintaining and developing relationships with family, friends and other important people.
