Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of colleagues to provide exceptional quality service to the People We Support.
- Deliver care that reflects best practices, legislative requirements, and our policies, procedures, and agreed standards to support Glassmoon Services' purpose.
- Actively engage with and support individuals to learn, maintain skills, pursue personal interests, and provide unique person‑centred care that is tailored to each individual, in alignment with our person‑led support delivery model.
- Play a vital role in updating and maintaining support plans to the required standard, while providing support and guidance to colleagues in completing their own.
- Act as the primary source of information from your team regarding any changes in the needs of the People We Support, promptly reporting these to the Registered Manager and Multi‑Disciplinary Team.
- Collaborate closely with members of the multi‑disciplinary teams to maximize opportunities for the People We Support.
- If desired by the Person We Support, nurture and develop relationships with their family, friends, and other significant individuals in their life.
- Exemplify leadership qualities by being a role model who inspires and supports all colleagues.
- Effectively supervise their team, ensuring that required standards are met in accordance with best practices, agreed policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Ensure that all team members receive regular one‑on‑one meetings, annual reviews, and additional support through the SPG&P (Supporting Personal Growth and Potential) processes.
- Support and supervise colleagues to ensure that they fulfil their responsibilities to meet the needs of the People We Support.
- Always promote infection control and ensure the cleanliness of my service.

Requirements
- Hold a Level 2 Adult Care Worker or equivalent qualification.
- Be prepared to work towards achievement of Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker.
- Right to Work in the UK.

Pay
- Level 2 entry is £14.45 per hour.
- Level 3 entry is £14.69 per hour.
