We are a small but fastâpaced property company managing a large and diverse portfolio across London. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant / Airbnb Manager / Letting Manager. This is not just a typical letting agent role â the right candidate will be involved in managing Airbnbâstyle short lets, traditional lettings, office support, and property management.
You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business, from tenant communications and property marketing to handsâon management of shortâlet and longâlet properties. This is a varied and dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
Key Responsibilities- Managing online listings and updating property adverts (Airbnb, portals, website)
- Handling and qualifying enquiries
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Sourcing suitable tenants or shortâlet guests
