Glassbox is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our global team. What will you do?
- Own cross-functional programs focused on Quote-to-Cash excellence, system governance, and operational scalability.
- Identify inefficiencies across sales and revenue workflows and lead optimization initiatives.
- Design and implement GTM processes and cross–business unit efforts, ensuring seamless handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Customer Success.
- Drive user adoption, run feedback cycles, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, workflows, and documentation.
- Track and analyze business and operational KPIs to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
- Partner with CRM / Business Applications teams and execute system improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge hub.
- Act as a reliable partner to GTM teams by answering operational and data-related questions.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement related to SFDC processes.
What will you need?
- 3-4 years at least in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or BizOps roles.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, lead-to-renewal, and GTM motion workflows.
- Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Experience writing BRDs and business rules.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Advanced CRM proficiency.
- Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics, pipeline health, and funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement & change management.
- Fluent English — written and verbal.
- Team-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven.
