This role focuses on supporting UK and US commercial operations, managing strategic agreements, and providing legal counsel within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practicing certificate (or equivalent common law qualification eligible for UK practice).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial legal experience.
- Prior in-house legal experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, contract, commercial, and corporate law.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Serve as lead counsel for UK and US commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements.
- Analyze legal risks and collaborate cross-functionally across global time zones.
- Resolve commercial disputes through negotiation or mediation.
