Playing a pro-active role in the Sales team and act as first point of contact for our customers, using independent judgement, provide timely and effective customer service and administrative support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and sales efficiency.

In-charge and handle internal and external customers enquiries on full order-to-delivery process, and ensure such enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
