Glass Door Homeless Charity is seeking Overnight Shelter Workers to cover night shifts across our London night shelters between November and April. You will work with at least one other staff member, staying awake, supporting up to 35 guests with dignity and calm.
You will respond to medical or emotional distress, help with light breakfast, drive the van for shift handovers, complete shift reports, and participate in training. Flexibility, compassion, and reliable attendance are essential.
