Glass Door Homeless Charity is seeking a Night Shelter Manager to lead a shift at one of its seasonal night shelters from November to April. You will supervise staff and volunteers, welcome guests, ensure safety and dignity, and coordinate with casework to follow up on guests’ welfare.
You will brief the team, manage wellbeing, handle emergencies, and drive the shelter van as needed. The role requires calm leadership under pressure and a commitment to ending homelessness.
