Glass Doctor serving Western Washington's glass repair needs since 1962 is looking for an office receptionist to make positive impressions and assist our customers.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer high volume of incoming calls by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Ask clarifying questions to route the caller to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Inform customers by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Reply to and track web leads and communications.
  • Complete various assigned clerical tasks in-between calls.
  • Learn and manage the telecommunications system.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
