At A Glance: Working closely with the Paid Social manager and managing the PPC and other Paid Media channel activities for several major brands. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will assist in day-to-day work on the accounts as well as work towards having your own portfolio of clients. You’ll monitor each campaign and, through site audits and data analysis, produce reports and recommendations to be presented to the Paid Social Manager, Senior Team, and Clients. Focuses on training and development via on-the-job training, shadowing, industry-based training programmes, and individual development time.
Objectives of the Role: The Paid Social Specialist's role is to assist and support in the day-to-day running of client activity, reporting, and communication. As a Paid Social Specialist, you are focused on improving and developing your knowledge across the Paid Media channel, with the ability to apply this knowledge quickly and proactively. Taking an active interest in using key tools and platforms across the agency is also highly important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other available tools to deliver insightful performance reports.
- Analyse user behaviour trends and make appropriate recommendations/changes to campaigns.
- Produce Paid Social reports as required detailing the impacts made by your work.
- Assist the Paid Social manager with presentations and reports for clients and the senior management team.
- Research and analysis for new client pitches.
- Assist the Paid Social manager with presenting insights and performance to clients on conference calls and in meetings.
- Consistently deliver tasks and reports to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with team members and wider channel teams.
- Attend regular client calls to support the manager/lead as needed.
- Place an emphasis on your career development, working towards your goals, training, upskilling, and keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
