Glass Atlas are looking for a Paid Search Executive to join their Performance Division. Glass Atlas is the digital commerce agency of choice for transformation and growth. As a Paid Search Executive you will support the day to day delivery and execution of Paid Search activity. The Specialist role is a supporting delivery role, working towards autonomy and full account ownership, with a focus on learning; building channel and tool knowledge.
Client ResponsibilitiesAs a Paid Search Executive you will support the day to day delivery of Paid Search activity for your client portfolio. You will play a key role in activation, responsible for making changes to progress account roadmaps and monitoring the impact of these actions on client performance. You will work alongside the Client Services team and with senior team members on client communications, explaining plans and performance. You will play a key role in delivering and maintaining reporting, and as a result will often be the first person to proactively identify issues or areas for further investigation.
- Analyse performance daily and carry out day to day optimisations to ensure campaigns achieve/exceed target KPIs.
- Create, maintain and deliver insightful performance reports, that detail performance shifts as a result of action undertaken and any broader market/behavioural trends including recommendations as a result.
- Proactively identify and escalate client performance issues, offer and deliver solutions.
- Plan and execute Paid Search campaigns, taking ownership and accountability for results.
- Proactively seek out client growth opportunities/tests and communicate these with your Manager to present a client response.
- Assist Paid Search Managers/Leads etc. with slide creation and presentations.
- Contribute to presenting content in meetings and attend/participate in e.g. weekly calls and QBRs.
- Work alongside the Client Services team and with senior team members on client communications, explaining plans and performance and raising their channel knowledge/understanding.
As a Paid Search Executive you will support Managers, Leads and Directors with execution of client strategy. You will therefore be in a primary position to identify opportunities to work more efficiently and implement client strategy more effectively.
- Use tools such as Google Ads (and Editor), Microsoft Ads, SA360 etc.
- Confidently and effectively use Excel/Google Sheets etc. for data analysis including e.g. pivot tables, use of formulas etc.
- Identify tasks that are repetitive and time consuming, and with the use of AI/automation look for process improvement opportunities.
- Learn/suggest improvements to better streamline account actions and work more efficiently.
- Effectively communicate resourcing challenges/requirements with your line manager.
- Step up to take a lead role on accounts in your client portfolio when Managers/Leads are e.g. on annual leave.
As a PPC Executive, you will place an emphasis on your career development, working towards your goals, training, upskilling and keeping up-to-date with industry developments. You will contribute to the success of the wider team and demonstrate your ambition for further development, by ensuring workload is performed diligently and in keeping with deadlines, as well as volunteering to take on additional responsibilities from others in your team.
