Glass Atlas are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their Performance division. Glass Atlas is the digital commerce agency of choice for transformation and growth, aiming to be the leading digital commerce agency for world-class brands, driving innovation and excellence in performance marketing, commerce engineering, and creative practices. Glass Atlas is a team of 170+ members working across performance and commerce technology, formed through acquisitions over the last 5 years. What Will You Be Doing?
As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll take full ownership of client affiliate programs; leading strategy, managing delivery, and ultimately being responsible for client performance. You’ll work closely with clients, publishers, internal teams, and colleagues to ensure best-in-class campaigns and sustainable growth across the affiliate channel.
Core responsibilities as an Affiliate Manager include:
- Own and manage a portfolio of affiliate programs, leading on strategy, execution, and client communication
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and tech platforms
- Lead client meetings and reporting, providing clear insights and proactive recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Paid Search and Digital PR) to deliver integrated digital strategies
- Stay informed of affiliate industry trends and identify opportunities to improve team processes and tools
Skills And Experience
We\’re looking for a confident and commercially aware affiliate professional who:
- Has previous Affiliate Manager level experience, including proven experience managing affiliate programs independently, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Has proven, recent experience working on platforms like Awin, Partnerize, Impact, Rakuten, etc.
- Has experience in strategic development and can comfortably lead client relationships and meetings.
- Possesses excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Has a proactive mindset and thrives in problem-solving client challenges.
- Is passionate about affiliate marketing and always looking to stay ahead of industry developments.
