Motus Commercials located inGlasgowis on the lookout for a dedicatedCustomer Sales Advisorto join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
45 hours per week on a various rotating shift patterns to be discussed at point of interview.
Salary – £29,100

As a Customer Sales Advisor atMotus CommercialsinGlasgowwe will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties will be:
We require a Customer Sales Advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.
• Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning.
• To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products.
• To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
• Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
• To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
