Working in a multifaceted team providing advice on development proposals throughout the city. Supporting the processing of applications for planning permission and Roads Construction Consent. Supporting the Transport Planning team manager in providing expert input in delivering sustainable urban drainage systems and technical roads requirements along with providing input to the City Development Plan design guidance as required.

The role holder will be responsible for a varied workload to support delivery of sustainable development and regeneration that meets statutory and corporate outcomes and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
