Job Description
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include providing care and support to children, building positive working relationships, and promoting positive behaviour. Additionally, the role involves delivering an inclusive and diverse early years service, including assisting in providing a high-quality lunchtime experience while working effectively as part of the wider team. These positions are available for 52 weeks.
It is desirable that applicants hold an NC in Early Education and Childcare at SCQF Level 6, SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 6, or an equivalent qualification, or be able to work towards one.
Applicants must be eligible for membership of the Protection of Vulnerable (PVG) Scheme and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
