Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit a permanent Service Performance Analyst within Digital Services.
In this role, you’ll work as part of a team and will be responsible for the creation, production and analysis of reports related to the performance of the Council's IT services and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring colleagues and senior management have accurate and timely insights to inform decision making.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to be involved in a range of work in a complex organisation, supporting delivery of high-profile strategic priorities that enable all parts of the Council Family and improves the lives of Glasgow's residents.
