An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Parking Administration team based in CBS.

Our Parking team provide back office administration for all parking enforcement, debt management and parking permit processing for Glasgow City Council and 3 other local authorities.

We seek applicants that are self-motivated, who are flexible and are enthused by change. The ideal applicant will bring a commitment to exceptional customer service and can demonstrate excellent written communication skills ensuring that correspondence with motorists is dealt with professionally and in compliance with Parking and Bus Lane legislation.

Although experience of UK road traffic legislation or civil enforcement administration is desirable it is not essential as the successful candidate will receive full training when in post. Hybrid working is available in this role.
