Job Description

The role is in the Housing Led Regeneration team, which is part of the Housing Strategy Group in the Housing Service (Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS)).

Glasgow\'s housing led regeneration programme is ambitious and will contribute towards alleviating pressures that are associated with the city\'s Housing Emergency.

You will be responsible for progressing the development of large-scale mixed housing tenure regeneration programmes through working closely with a range of partners including other Council Services, Registered Social Landlords, private sector housing developers and the Scottish Government. A key part of the role will be identifying suitable sites for housing development and addressing barriers/developing solutions that will enable development to progress.
