Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit a permanent Digital Workplace Product Manager within Digital Services. In this role, you’ll work directly with services across the Council to identify where Microsoft applications, including M365 and Copilot, can have the biggest impact, helping teams adopt new ways of working and deliver real benefits.
You’ll lead discovery, support pilots, and create clear, practical guidance that builds confidence and drives adoption. You’ll help shape how the organisation embraces new digital capabilities, ensure our M365 platform evolves with user needs, and work closely with Cyber and Information Security to maintain safe, compliant use across the Council Family.
