City Chambers Management provides reception facilities for the City Chambers and other city centre premises. This post will predominantly be at the Eastgate building. The Receptionist is one of a team and will be required to work alongside the existing reception staff to provide overlapping coverage for the opening hours of the premises which is from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday.

21hrs annual Contractual overtime will also be required for pre-planned events. Our Receptionists work under general instruction, maintain a high standard of customer care and be able to provide an all-encompassing reception service.
