An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a full time commercial property solicitor within our Governance and Property Law Team on a temporary 3 year contract. This role will have a varied and interesting workload which may include disposals, acquisitions, regeneration and development, planning, compulsory purchase orders, leasing and other property related contracts and advice to Council departments and organisations within the Council family.
Although experience would be desirable, we are looking for applicants with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in local government. Applications will be considered from newly qualified solicitors.

The Council currently operates a hybrid working model and offers excellent flexible working options, as well as membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
