About the Role
The Assistant Data Analyst is a key member of the Performance and Innovation Team within City Building, supporting the delivery of high-quality management information to inform business objectives, performance monitoring and decision-making. Working closely with the Data Analyst and Head of Performance and Innovation, the postholder will assist in the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of management information, reporting processes and supporting documentation. This role involves analysing and interpreting business data, identifying trends and insights, and contributing to performance reporting against key organisational objectives. The successful candidate will support the effective delivery of services by ensuring the provision of accurate, meaningful and timely information that meets business needs and supports continuous improvement across the organisation.

- Knowledge of reporting procedures, legislative requirements and best practice within a complex business environment would be advantageous.
