Job Description An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for a Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team on a permanent basis.

NRS brings together a diverse range of Glasgow City Council operational, technical and development services that focus on sustainable transport, place making and delivering essential city services.

What the job involves : Our Mechanics are responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of the Glasgow City Council fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are up to DVSA and Health the ability to join the Glasgow Credit Union, who offer a variety of loans, savings and mortgages exclusively for their members; and the ability to make direct contributions from your salary to the Hospital Saturday Fund who offer individual and family health plans.
