Job Description

About the Role

We\'re recruiting for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to support our busy HR Team within Education Services. If you\'re passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and guidance and have proven experience of improving HR service delivery, we want to hear from you.

The role includes

  • Providing expert HR guidance to Heads of Establishment across the city
  • Managing complex cases in a unionised environment
  • Supporting and advising a team of HR Advisors
  • Leading and contributing to HR service improvement initiatives
  • Promoting best practice through training delivery and helping to shape policy development
