Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Human Resource Section.
This is a great opportunity for those working in Human Resources who wish to advance their career in Local Government.
You will provide support, advice and guidance on all aspects of Employee Relations.
Previous experience within a HR environment responding to a wide range of issues including discipline, grievance and absence management is essential as are good communication and IT skills.
Possession of or working towards CIPD, experience of operational, highly unionised environments would be advantageous.
A driving licence would be desirable.
Hybrid working is available in this role.
