Engage with a comprehensive training programme to work towards:
- Delivering an inclusive and diverse Early Learning and Childcare Service that protects and cares for children
- Delivering a service that promotes social justice and anti-discrimination
- Delivering an Early Learning and Childcare Service which is broad and balanced
- Delivering the curriculum appropriately and effectively
- Working as part of a team in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
- Developing and implementing plans and programmes to ensure the needs of all service users are being met
- Liaise with relevant parties
