Job Description Glasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council and the Glasgow family.
We invite applications for an exciting and varied role as a full-time (35 hours per week) Customer Service Advisor working within the busy CCC team.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-taks and be flexible and be able to work under pressure.
Your day will be varied from call handling supporting a variety of GCC services such as Scottish Welfare Fund, Cleansing, Parking, Public Health, Registrars, Education grants etc.
Comprehensive training and continuous supervisory support will be provided.
Once trained, hybrid working is available for this role.
