Glasgow City Council's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) handles incoming telephone enquiries for Glasgow City Council and the Glasgow family. We invite applications for an exciting and varied role as a full-time (35 hours per week) Customer Service Advisor working within the busy CCC team.
Working over 7 days, our dayshift role starts at 12 noon and finishes at 8pm, working a flexible shift pattern (this role will include both Saturday and Sunday working). The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task, be flexible, and be able to work under pressure.
Your day will be varied from call handling supporting a variety of GCC services such as Cleansing, Parking, Public Health, Registrars, Education grants etc., as well as data processing. Comprehensive training and continuous supervisory support will be provided.
