Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit a permanent Continual Service Improvement Officer within Digital Services. In this role, you’ll work as part of a team and will be responsible for problem management and continual service improvement, driving initiatives to enhance service quality and performance. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to identify, action and embed improvement opportunities across ITIL and SIAM processes.
