About the Role: In this role you will support with the day-to-day management of the nursery and support the effective delivery of the service. Supporting the management of an Early Years establishment.

  • Delivering an inclusive and diverse Early Years service that protects and cares for children.
  • Support others in understanding children and childhoods.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of plans and programmes for service users.
  • Demonstrates a broad and balanced knowledge and understanding of children and childhoods.
  • 17.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly on a rota basis between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
  • 26 days paid annual leave, rising to 29 days after 5 years' service (pro rata).
  • Plus 12.5 days paid public holidays each year (pro rata).
