The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Working within Customer & Business Services (CBS), you will provide a wide range of clerical and administrative support duties to the council family, employees and citizens of Glasgow. The successful candidate(s) will deal with different client groups and will assist in a varied range of tasks.
A working knowledge of the relevant IT software packages is required (e.g. Microsoft Office). Candidates should have the ability to produce work to a high standard, meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy, follow processes end to end and have the ability to work effectively on their own or as part of a team. In addition, candidates should also show a positive and enthusiastic attitude whilst being flexible to the needs of the service.
It is important that excellent customer service is delivered, therefore, you should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Hybrid working is available in this role.
