Position: Child Development Team Leader (52 weeks)

Annual Salary: £18,795.12 - £21,885.85 per annum

About the Role: In this role you will support with the day-to-day management of the nursery and support the effective delivery of the service. You will contribute to supporting the curriculum in the setting and develop programmes to ensure the needs of the service users are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management of an Early Years establishment.
  • Delivering an inclusive and diverse Early Years service that protects and cares for children.
  • Support others in understanding children and childhoods.
  • Support the appropriate and effective delivery of the curriculum.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review plans and programmes to ensure the needs of all service users are being met.

  • Demonstrates a broad and balanced knowledge and understanding of children and childhoods.
  • Relevant qualification.

What We Offer:

  • Annual Salary of £18,795.12 - £21,885.85 per annum.
  • 17.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly on a rota basis between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
  • 26 days paid annual leave, rising to 29 days after 5 years’ service (pro rata).
  • Plus 12.5 days paid public holidays each year (pro rata).
