The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
You will lead a team of quantity surveyors as part of a multi-disciplinary design team delivering the Council's new build and refurbishment capital programme including schools, care homes, community hubs, libraries and sporting facilities. You will report to the Group Manager for Specialist Services.
Duties will include responsibility for commercial aspects of projects, managing resources, advising and administering various forms of construction contract, supporting and developing the team and managing external consultants where required.
