Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Assistant Catering Manager.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, the main duties and responsibilities will include delivering a high standard of catering, including food preparation and cooking. You should be self-motivated, with excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, and will support the Catering Manager in achieving performance targets and objectives.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with relevant paperwork, Pecos ordering, and supporting the Catering Manager in training and supervising staff in catering, in line with current legislation.

Successful applicants must work flexibly. The operational system means transfers to locations within a reasonable geographical distance of your base are possible.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme is essential upon appointment. Candidates will need to pay for their PVG Membership or Scheme Checks.

Interviews are scheduled for Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd August.
