Job Description
Based in Financial Services, within CBS Revenues & Benefits team, you will be responsible for a wide range of service delivery processes across the business.
Revenues and Benefits is a customer facing service involving the billing and collection of Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates and the administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Housing Payments.
Applications are invited from candidates who can excel in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to work under the pressure of high volume financial transactions and make decisions required to support our customers.
Excellent communication, sound customer service skills and the ability to use multiple IT packages and systems are required for the role.
A flexible approach to the needs of the organisation is essential as is positivity and enthusiasm to working in new ways.
