We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk and Exam Invigilator to join our team. The role involves handling various administrative tasks related to data entry and overseeing exams to ensure they are conducted fairly and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry Duties:
- Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and secure records of information.
- Assist with the preparation and generation of reports as required.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.
- Supervise and monitor exam sessions to prevent cheating or misconduct.
- Ensure candidates adhere to exam rules and regulations.
- Distribute and collect exam materials such as answer sheets and question papers.
- Assist candidates with exam-related queries while maintaining a fair testing environment.
- Report any irregularities or issues to the examination coordinator.
