In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for managing events from concept to completion—ensuring every detail runs smoothly and our clients enjoy a world-class experience. You’ll liaise with clients, sales, and operational teams to deliver seamless service across all event phases.

What You\'ll Do
  • Coordinate all aspects of group events and conferences, including guest room blocks, catering, AV, and décor.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients throughout all event stages—pre-event, live, and post-event.
  • Upsell services and enhancements to maximise event revenue and create unforgettable experiences.
  • Conduct detailed planning and logistics, including preparation of Banqueting Event Orders (BEOs), schedules, and menus.
  • Host pre- and post-event meetings with both clients and hotel departments to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure efficient room and space usage to maximise hotel profitability.
  • Proactively handle issues on the day of the event to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the Senior Event Manager in departmental meetings and strategy planning.
  • Stay informed on trends in the meetings and events industry to keep offerings fresh and relevant.
What We’re Looking For - Experience & Skills
  • 2–3 years\' experience in hospitality, events, or conference services (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity events.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Confident using hotel systems (e.g. Opera, Sales & Catering platforms).
  • A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences with a keen eye for detail.
