The newly refurbished Glasgow Marriott Hotel brings modern comfort and style to the heart of the city. Ideally located near the OVO Hydro, Hampden Park, and the University of Glasgow, we offer a vibrant and welcoming environment for both guests and associates.

Night Auditor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight. You\’ll be responsible for delivering excellent guest service while completing essential end-of-day financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during the night shift
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations
  • Handle all guest communications, including calls, messages, and requests
  • Resolve guest queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Complete the night audit process, ensuring all reports and financials are accurate
  • Review and reconcile daily transactions, highlighting any discrepancies
  • Accurately record room and Food & Beverage statistics
  • Process payments, charges, and billing queries
  • Support the Front Office team in preparing for the next day’s operations
  • Conduct routine security checks to ensure guest and property safety

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Front Office experience (essential)
  • Minimum 1 year Opera PMS experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive approach
  • Personal License Holder and/or First Aid trained (preferred but not essential)
