What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support housekeeping team members to maintain top-quality cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and shift handovers.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (Front Desk, Engineering, Laundry).
• Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback for team members.
• Cover Person on Duty shifts as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
