As a F&B Associate in our Brew Bar, you’ll join our vibrant Food & Beverage team, bringing warmth, energy, and exceptional service to every interaction. Whether you’re crafting cocktails, taking orders, or sparking great conversations, you’ll play a key role in delivering the world-class hospitality Marriott is known for.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen
- Keep bar and dining areas clean, organised, and inviting
- Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Support closing duties and restocking as needed
