What You’ll Do – Your Day-to-Day- Welcome every guest with a warm smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality
- Take and serve orders efficiently while anticipating guest needs
- Communicate dietary requirements, allergies, or special requests to the kitchen
- Set up and maintain clean, well-presented dining areas throughout your shift
- Process transactions and payments using MICROS or similar systems
- Support in-room dining by taking phone orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Complete daily closing tasks and assist with restocking and setup
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure exceptional service
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
