What You’ll Do – Your Day-to-Day
  • Welcome every guest with a warm smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality
  • Take and serve orders efficiently while anticipating guest needs
  • Communicate dietary requirements, allergies, or special requests to the kitchen
  • Set up and maintain clean, well-presented dining areas throughout your shift
  • Process transactions and payments using MICROS or similar systems
  • Support in-room dining by taking phone orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Complete daily closing tasks and assist with restocking and setup
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure exceptional service
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
