Food and Beverage Associate

Are you a passionate and service-driven individual looking for your next opportunity in the hospitality industry? Glasgow Marriott Hotel is hiring an Executive Lounge Host / Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our exceptional team.

The position is contracted to 25 hours per week, working 5 nights between the hours of 5 PM to 10 PM

What You\’ll Be Doing
As an Executive Lounge Host, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by providing efficient, warm, and engaging food and beverage service in our exclusive Executive Lounge.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to our guests in the Executive Lounge
• Serve food and beverages efficiently with attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally
• Ensure the lounge is set up and maintained throughout service periods
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and confidently make recommendations

What We\’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive team player with a warm, welcoming personality
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods
