What You’ll Do

• Deliver high‑quality bar and drinks service for conferences, banquets, and private functions.
• Set up and maintain banquet bars, coffee stations, and drinks service areas according to event briefs.
• Take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Assist with wine and cocktail service, including presenting, pouring, and advising guests on pairings.
• Ensure event spaces are ready for drinks service and maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the event.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and preferences related to drinks.
• Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality or events experience preferred, ideally with bar or drinks service.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and coffee/tea service is a plus.
• A warm, people‑focused personality with excellent communication skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.
