  • Vacancy Details:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to join our practice team. We are based in the west end of Paisley within Renfrewshire HSCP. We operate from our own extended premises, with car parking and accommodation for the extended multi-disciplinary team. We serve a diverse population of over 9,500 patients. We are an innovative, friendly and progressive training practice, where patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Our clinical team consists of 7 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurses and 1 Healthcare Assistant. Additionally we have support from HSCP employed staff; Pharmacy Team (including Pharmacy Hub), Community Links Worker, Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, and also have access to CTAC nursing and phlebotomy services.
    We have developed a proficient, friendly and supportive administration team, lead by an experienced Practice Manager, who are invaluable in their role of supporting practice operations and clinical activities.
    We are looking for an experienced leader to help us shape the future of the practice and deliver improved outcomes for our patients, whilst ensuring a sustainable business model is delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of the practice, ensuring all contractual and statutory obligations are met. Knowledge of the NHS and managerial experience in a healthcare setting are desirable but are not essential.

    Salary and working hours are negotiable, dependent on experience.
