Pay details: The listed salary is for a full‑time role. If you’re applying for a part‑time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro‑rata basis. The hourly rate is £13.89 - £14.74 per hour (depending on experience).

What you’ll do
As a Swimming Teacher you’ll be part of an established team, reporting to the Swim Officers/Swim Coordinators within our venues and working alongside a team of teachers. We provide support from Lead Teachers and Tutors to help you develop your teaching abilities.

Qualifications:
- Scottish Swimming Teachers Qualification (SSTQ)
- UKCC Level 1 or UKCC Level 2 Swim Teachers Qualification
- STA Certificate in Teaching Swimming (not the STA Award)
- Other comparable qualifications
Essential skills and attributes:
- Experience/knowledge and enthusiasm for working with children ages 4 yrs and above in a group environment
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our core programme
