What you need to know
- Hours: 35 per week.

- Location: Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in one of our offices.
What you’ll do
As a Resourcing and Equalities Advisor, you’ll be a part of an established and supportive HR team. You’ll lead and deliver strategic and operational recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of service areas. Working closely with managers and HR colleagues, you will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, using workforce information and market insight to develop innovative resourcing strategies that support business objectives, enhance the candidate experience and ensure Glasgow Life attracts and retains talented people. Your work will make a visible and lasting difference.

- Experience developing practical, flexible resourcing solutions to meet our needs, with experience of working in resourcing a similar multidisciplinary organisation.
- Degree qualified or with equivalent experience, you’ll have knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion principles and their application within recruitment processes and current recruitment legislation.
