What you need to know
- Hours: 17.5 per week.
- Contract type: Fixed Term until 31 March 2028.
- Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. If youâre applying for a part-time or bank job, we will calculate your pay on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is ÂŁ20.57 per hour.
- Location: Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in one of our offices.
What youâll do
As an Arts Producer (Community Touring), youâll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Senior Arts Officer. Youâll play an essential role in delivering the Community Touring programme, and wider arts and music team programmes. Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. This could be:
- Supporting our communities
- Helping people get active
- Creating cultural experiences
- Or working behind the scenes to make it all happen
Who you are
Weâre looking for someone with the right skills who brings energy to the role. If the following sounds like you, apply today!
- Strong working knowledge of touring and community venues
- Good communication skills and an understanding of how to deal with internal and external stakeholders in an occasionally complex working environment
- Strong project management skills with an ability to efficiently prioritise work to set and meet targets and deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of the arts and community sectors in Glasgow and Scotland
- Strong IT competencies with a thorough working knowledge of key software packages
- Ability to work within and manage delegated budgets
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and sensitively
- Experience of administrative and general office duties, including financial admin
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
