Glasgow Kelvin College is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources & Organisational Development to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our HR & OD services. This role is based on site with some hybrid working and reports to the Assistant Principal – People and Culture.
You will lead a professional HR & OD team, guiding managers through complex employee relations and organisational change while ensuring policies and practices are fair, legally compliant and high quality.
