We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to provide a front facing, quality service whilst dealing with all enquiries to the College. Acting as the first point of contact for all students and visitors, you will provide information with regards to a wide range of queries.
The successful candidate will be educated to SCQF Level 6 (Higher Level) or equivalent with previous experience of working within a customer focused environment. You will direct students and visitors to appropriate individuals, services and locations. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role along with competence in the use of a computerised switchboard and ICT applications.
Other responsibilities will include ordering taxis and general administrative duties. Working cross campus will be required by prior arrangement. In return, the College will enhance your skills with various training and development opportunities.
Any offer of employment will be subject to receiving a satisfactory Scheme Record through the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme.
Salary: £28,508 per annum
Location: Langside Campus, although you will be required to travel and work within all Glasgow Clyde campuses.
